Gwenyth Swanson, Scoring Specialist at the Maryland State Department of Education Gwenyth Swanson was the Scoring Specialist for the Maryland State Department of Education for five years, a time when she provided leadership and technical assistance in the development, administration, and analysis of the scoring of statewide assessments.
